Happy New Year! We’ve been busy lately, and here are some of the highlights:
- We recorded a version Auld Lang Syne for the holidays. It was debuted by the AV Club, where you can listen and download for free HERE.
- During our last tour, we had the amazing experience of filming several songs on the roof of the NPR building (they call it a “Deskless Concert” vs. their normal “Tiny Desk” set-up), which you can watch HERE.
- We did a second Daytrotter session! We had an amazing time again, and the people running Daytrotter are the friendly-ist, awesome-est people to work with ever. You can listen to the Daytrotter session HERE.
- If you missed it, NPR premiered our first-ever music video to the our single from Teeth, “For the Hooves that Gallop, and the Heels that March”. You can read NPR’s review and watch the video HERE.
- Our album, Teeth, out on Crossbill Records, is available in beautiful vinyl! You can buy it (or your choice of compact disc or mp3/lossless download) at our Bandcamp site HERE or at Crossbill Records HERE.
- We had the most fun, exciting record release tour ever. Thanks to everyone who came to the shows, bought our record, and hosted us along the way, and thanks to Crossbill for releasing an album we couldn’t be more proud of. More touring coming soon for sure!
And stay tuned for more news coming your way – Happy 2012, everyone!
